DAY 1        CANCUN 
Upon your arrival at Cancun International Airport, the shuttle will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Check in at the hotel. Free Time. Accommodation

DAY 2        CANCUN / MERIDA 
Breakfast. In the morning, transfer from the hotel in Cancun to Merida. Check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon we begin the visit of the City, we begin observing the important points of the city, such as the historic center, the 60th street to the north, The University ,  Paseo Montejo, museums such as the canton house, twin houses, the quinta montes molina, the minaret, among many more, transfer to the hotel for accomodation.

DAY 3        MAYAN TOWNS 
Breakfast. Early we start our journey towards Ticul (the pearl of the south) is a quiet and beautiful city, we will visit ceramic workshops of classic and popular type. Follow to Santa Elena, among its attractions the typical houses stand out, in a traditional oval shape, visit outside the majestic colonial style church built on a natural elevation, from which you can appreciate much of the village, there we found a small museum with mummies that were found in the church, visit the house of a typical family, with them we will make tortillas by hand, we will visit the courtyard (garden). Continue towards the caves of Calcehtok, means "deer throat in flint" of 5 km, every day you can observe one of the most extraordinary events of nature: thousands of bats leaving these caverns in search of their food in a natural way at sunset, after a space of patience we will observe for a few minutes, at the end of this natural spectacle, we return to Merida. DAY 4          JEWELS OF SPLENDOR + CENOTES
Breakfast. Leaving the city of Merida towards the hacienda Yaxcopoil, where you can make a visit to the interior of the hacienda, which are houses of important architectural value and other minor buildings focused on the works of the field, built in the era of splendor of the green gold. Continue to the three times built, Uxmal, which is located in an area of hills called Puuc, is the most important city in the area for being a real jewel for its style of friezes and decorated ceilings. highlighting the pyramid of the diviner, the quadrangle of the nuns and the governor’s palace. Later you will visit a cenote that is an underground water deposit, where you can enjoy its crystal clear waters, ideal for cooling. to finish return to the white city of Merida

DAY 5           CENOTES ON THE EDGE OF THE CRATER      
Breakfast. In this walk we will discover three of the most beautiful cenotes that exist in Yucatán. In this adventure we tell you of several details that you probably did not know about the cenotes of the crater rim, such as the formation of some cenotes.  From the impact of the Chicxulub meteorite 65 million years ago and the deep relationship that the ancient Maya had with their cenotes. We will enjoy time to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters of these natural formations that do not exist anywhere else in Mexico or the World. Lunch, We return to Merida. Accommodation

DAY 6          CHICHEN ITZA  / PLAYA DEL CARMEN 
Breakfast. Today we will visit one of the 7 new wonders, Chichen Itzá (mouth of the well of the water sorcerers) was the most important city between the years 900 and 1300 of our era, highlighting the temple of Kukulkán or "the castle" that together with the temple of the warriors, the ball game, the astronomical observatory and the complex of the nuns show the great ceremonial character in which the city was managed. Lunch, as well as time to relax, at the end we continue to Riviera Maya and/or Cancun with a logistics of hotels already organized.

    • A 20% advance payment is required to confirm availability for this itinerary.

    • Tips for guide and operator are not included. A suggested average of $5–$7 USD per person, per day.
    • The contracted transportation allows up to one piece of luggage (max. 23 kg) and one piece of carry-on (max. 8 kg) per person.
    • In case of excess luggage, inclusion without additional cost will depend on vehicle capacity.
    • The passenger is solely responsible for their luggage and documents. Mega Travel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

    • For flight transfers arriving between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM, a nighttime supplement will apply.

    CONDITIONS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

    • All services must be paid in full 45 days before the service date.
    • Payments must follow the agreed schedule. Bank transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.
    • By paying, the traveler accepts all hiring and cancellation policies.
    • Service vouchers will not be issued until payment is received.

    TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION, VISAS & PASSPORT

    • All passengers (including children) must have valid documentation as required by destination laws.
    • It is the passenger’s responsibility to check all required documentation (passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.).
    • MEGA TRAVEL is not liable for immigration issues due to lack of documentation.

    CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY

    • The order of services may change due to force majeure, without affecting the overall content. No refunds or compensation will apply.
    • Price variations may occur due to mandatory changes from force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
    • Changes in flights must be reported at least 48 hours in advance for service adjustments.
    • Late or different arrival without notice may incur extra charges, subject to agency approval.

    CANCELLATIONS

    • "Any modification requested after reservation confirmation may incur additional costs and will be subject to availability and cancellation policies."
    • Cancellations must be made at least 45 days before arrival to negotiate penalties as per contract.
    • Late cancellations will incur a 100% accommodation charge.
    • Excursion-only bookings must be canceled 15 days (low season) or 25 days (high season) before service date.
    • No-shows are charged at 100% of the confirmed service value.

    REFUNDS

    • Refunds are processed through the agency that made the reservation and payment.
    • No cash refunds will be issued at the destination.
    • No refunds for voluntarily unused services.
    • No substitutions or rebookings for other excursions.
    • No refunds after the trip has started, except for certified medical reasons or death.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the trip ends.
    • Refunds incur administrative fees, which will be disclosed at confirmation.
