Itinerary

DAY 1 – CANCUN 
Meeting at the airport after your flight to Cancun. Meet and greet with our transfer agent. Transfer to your hotel where your guide will be waiting for you. Check in. Remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight in Cancun.

DAY 2 – CANCUN – CHICHEN ITZÁ – MERIDA
After breakfast, we will depart for the most significant archaeological site of the Yucatán Peninsula, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Admire the powerful Temple of Kukulkan, the feathered serpent. It measures approximately 22 m (75 ft) tall and is the most famous monument of this majestic city. Lunch (not included). After the visit, we will head to the city of Mérida. In the afternoon, we will take a panoramic city tour with views of El Paseo de Montejo, the Monument to the Fatherland, the Main Plaza with the Cathedral, and the Government Palaces. Overnight in Mérida.

DAY 3 – MÉRIDA – UXMAL – CAMPECHE
After breakfast, we will depart for Uxmal, considered the most beautiful structure in Mesoamerica for its style and imposing proportions. The most impressive structure is the Pyramid of the Magician, with a height of over 35 meters, so that its staircase faces east, toward the sunset on the summer solstice. We will continue our journey to Campeche City, one of the most beautiful capitals in the country, declared a World Heritage Site. When the Villa Espantildeola was established in what is now the main square, being a town located by the sea, it followed the Renaissance grid model, thus UNESCO cited it as a model for planning a colonial baroque city. Arrival and panoramic view of the walled city. Overnight in Campeche.

DAY 4 – CAMPECHE – EDZNA
Breakfast at the hotel, then departure to the Edzá Archaeological Site . Guided tour of the ancient Mayan city, located 45 minutes southwest of the capital city. It has been present since approximately 600 BC and has remained present for almost 1,800 years. You can admire its variety in architecture and construction periods, crowned by its Five-Story Pyramid Temple, its Main Plaza, the Ball Court, and Nohoch Ná, samples of the Chenes, Rio Bec and Puuc Architecture.

DAY 5 – XPUJIL – BACALAR – CHETUMAL
Breakfast at the hotel. We will depart early for Bacalar, where we will visit Bacalar Lagoon, also known as the "Lagoon of Seven Colors." Thanks to the contrasting soil and its different levels, its waters reflect seven shades of blue. This lagoon also has an open-air cenote with a depth of 90 meters. You will have the opportunity, if you wish, to take a motorboat ride (optional), the best way to discover all the colors this lagoon has to offer. After lunch (optional), we will visit the town of Bacalar, a traditional village where you will find mainly wooden handicrafts and traditional handmade clothing, known as " huiles. " Don't forget to visit the walls of Fort San Felipe, which offers a beautiful view of the lagoon. Late at night, take the road to Chetumal. Overnight in Chetumal.

DAY 6 CHETUMAL- CHACCHOBEN – PLAYA DEL CARMEN 
Breakfast at the hotel, then departure to the archeological site of Chacchoben, “the most incredible mayan city in the lake zone of Quintana Roo”, in reason of its huge area, the biggest site ever discovered. We will then arrive in Playa del Carmen in the afternoon. Overnight in Playa del Carmen.

DAY 7 - PLAYA DEL CARMEN - TULUM
Breakfast at the hotel, then departure to the archaeological site of Tulum, the only Mayan site to have ever been build in front the sea. This site used to be a commercial harbor, but also serving in the defense of the region for the Mayan people. In Tulum, you will meet wonderful white sand beaches, just as turquoise water for relaxing. At a definite time, we will head back to Playa del Carmen. Free time. Overnight in Playa del Carmen,

DAY 08 - PLAYA DEL CARMEN
Breakfast. Free morning (without guide). At indicated time, transfer to the airport of Cancún for the return flights.

TRAVEL RECOMMENDATIONS:
We suggest you wear comfortable clothing, a hat, and low-cut shoes, preferably tennis shoes, for hiking and visiting archaeological sites. Raincoats are recommended during rainy season. Also, cash may not be accepted for food and shopping, as some places may not accept card payments. Umbrellas are not recommended for this tour.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION, VISAS & PASSPORT

CHANGES IN THE ITINERARY

  • The order of services may change due to force majeure, without affecting the overall content. No refunds or compensation will apply.
  • Price variations may occur due to mandatory changes from force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
  • Changes in flights must be reported at least 48 hours in advance for service adjustments.
  • Late or different arrival without notice may incur extra charges, subject to agency approval.

CANCELLATIONS

  • "Any modification requested after reservation confirmation may incur additional costs and will be subject to availability and cancellation policies."
  • Cancellations must be made at least 45 days before arrival to negotiate penalties as per contract.
  • Late cancellations will incur a 100% accommodation charge.
  • Excursion-only bookings must be canceled 15 days (low season) or 25 days (high season) before service date.
  • No-shows are charged at 100% of the confirmed service value.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed through the agency that made the reservation and payment.
  • No cash refunds will be issued at the destination.
  • No refunds for voluntarily unused services.
  • No substitutions or rebookings for other excursions.
  • No refunds after the trip has started, except for certified medical reasons or death.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the trip ends.
  • Refunds incur administrative fees, which will be disclosed at confirmation.
